Relationship Manager (Corporate Loan)
Key Responsibilities
- To discover and maintain perspective target customer (Deposit, loan, and banking products and services
- Credit monitoring and quality control
- To explore the new customers in capturing of business opportunities
- To retain the existing customers and build a good relationship to ensure sustainable business growth.
- To conduct a site, visit to inspect the factuality of the report
- Credit proposal preparation and risk analysis
- Policy implementation and enforcement
- Other tasks will assigned by lines manager
Minimum Requirements
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or any other related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience for Finance Institution or related experience
- Excellent customer service; client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Credit evaluation and analysis skills with extensive business insights related to loans in Cambodia
- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Chinese is a plus
- Strong dedication to details and accuracy
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze data and statistics and knowledge of governmental regulations
- Willing to work under pressure and over time
